Start with occupancy
Enter the ages of every child. Ask whether extra beds or cots are included, available on request or charged separately. Do not assume a family label guarantees enough beds.
Look at the room layout
Check whether connecting rooms are guaranteed or only requested. For apartments and villas, consider stairs, balconies and the distance between sleeping areas.
Ask about daily routines
Confirm breakfast arrangements for children, kitchen facilities and laundry access. A short walk to a shop may matter more than a long list of resort amenities.
Confirm safety and access
Ask about pool barriers, lift access and the route to the room. Discuss any accessibility requirements directly with the property and obtain a clear written response.
